1. Introduction

3.3 Account Security

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bwf88 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (MyKad or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts for which satisfactory KYC documents cannot be provided may have withdrawals withheld pending verification completion, or may be permanently closed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bwf88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved Malaysian payment channels, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. The list of available methods is displayed within the Deposit and Withdrawal sections of your bwf88 account and is subject to change.

4.2 Matching Policy

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This matching policy is applied for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes. bwf88 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests to unmatched payment methods and to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for eWallet methods and RM 50 for FPX bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. These limits are subject to revision at bwf88's discretion and updated minimums will be displayed within the platform.

4.4 Processing Times

Deposits are typically credited to bwf88 account balances within 1–5 minutes. Withdrawal processing times are typically 1–6 hours for eWallet methods and up to one (1) business day for bank transfers, subject to identity verification status and platform operational conditions.

4.5 Refused Transactions

bwf88 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or regulatory non-compliance. In such cases, bwf88 may also suspend the relevant account pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by bwf88 are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry conditions published at the time of the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal is permitted. bwf88 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bwf88 promotional offers — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using arbitrage strategies designed to yield risk-free returns from bonuses, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.

5.3 Wagering Contributions

Different game types may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements attached to bwf88 bonuses. 6. Betting Rules

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the recorded result on bwf88's servers shall be deemed authoritative, unless a manifest error can be demonstrated.

bwf88 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed after the event result was known; (b) it was placed through a technical error resulting in incorrect odds or payouts; (c) the bet was placed in circumstances constituting fraud, collusion, or abuse of the platform. Voided bets are returned to the player's bwf88 account balance at stake value.

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

Where an account is closed for reasons within bwf88's control (e.g., platform decision to cease operations), any remaining balance of verified funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
